Dental Program:
The state of Florida, in cooperation with the federal government, funds the state Medicaid program, which provides health and dental care services to low income individuals.

Eligible children have access to preventive and basic oral health care treatment. Adult dental care services are limited to emergency care and procedures leading up to the placement of full or partial dentures.

Dental Providers:
The state of Florida Medicaid program is administered by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). AHCA has 11 regional offices throughout the state.
